What should I do if the woodworking engraving machine fails?

    Woodworking engraving machines are common equipment that woodcarving artists can't live without. As with other devices, this can be a problem for a long time. What should the operator do when the engraving machine fails?
    First, turn off the power immediately to check. For example, when using a woodworking engraving machine to process products, the engraving machine has different patterns of engraving. When the violent shaking occurs, the operator should immediately stop using the machine and check whether the stepping motor of the machine is moving normally. Is there a foreign object stuck on the stepping shaft? Excluding these faults, the user can boot up for trial operation;
    Second, check the control software inside the engraving machine to see if it is infected with a computer virus. If the control program receives a virus infection, it will appear in the engraving process. At this time, computer software upgrades are required, and the system is completely disinfected.
    If the operator fails to correct the fault after checking the above two steps after discovering that the machine has failed, it is necessary to contact the woodworking machine manufacturer in time. Because of the deeper faults of the machine, professional maintenance personnel are required to carry out inspection and troubleshooting. We do not recommend that consumers disassemble and repair the machine in an unprofessional manner to avoid new malfunctions.
