The difference between wood fault engraving machine line fault and mechanical fault and its solution

Woodworking engraving machine line failure
 1) Performance: During the engraving process, the phenomenon of dislocation engraving and engraving in the opposite direction occur.
Solution:
In the case of power-on, quick and continuous clicks, if there is irregular motion, it is a "phase loss" fault. Check the line between the driver output and the stepper motor to find the broken line and reconnect the fault.
2) Performance: When the machine is manually controlled, the machine does not respond.
Solution:
1 Check if the data cable is securely connected. If it is loose, please connect it properly.
2 Check if the drive line interface is loose or loose, and reconnect;
3 Check if the power supply line of the host is powered off
Woodworking engraving machine mechanical failure
 1) Performance: The machine has a pause during operation, accompanied by a crisp metal sound
Solution:
1 Remove the machine casing and check the corresponding end bearing for damage;
2 Check the guide rail slide to check if the steel ball is seriously worn and damaged, and check if the guide rail has deep scratches.
3 Check the screw for damage, separate the ball screw nut from the connected parts, and manually turn the nut to feel the difference.
2) In the process of engraving, there is a misalignment phenomenon, the stepper motor runs, but the mechanical non-reaction phenomenon, please check the coupling for damage or looseness.

The reason why the engraving machine lettering is not smooth

The effect engraved by the engraving machine does not necessarily meet 100% of the customer's requirements, especially if the engraved effect is not smooth enough, it is necessary to find out the reason and deal with it in time. However, when we are actually working, if this happens, it is mainly the reason for these two aspects: the engraving machine manufacturer
1. The gap between the y-axis or the x-axis of the engraving machine may also have a gap between the two axes at the same time, which causes the sway during the engraving process to cause the engraving path to be deviated and the lettering is not smooth;
Second, the linear speed of the engraving machine and the curve speed are too different, causing the engraving machine to vibrate too much when the curve is taken, so that the engraving path is deviated and the lettering is not smooth. How to solve it accordingly?
The first reason is that if the engraving machine is a round rail, it is necessary to change the rail or the slider, the action will be relatively large, depending on the reason. If it is a square rail, it is much simpler. Just adjust the up and down or front and rear sliders;
If it is the second reason, then change the speed of the line or curve, and change the value to determine the parameters of the engraving machine itself.
